Built-In Disaster Recovery
The ability to recover your data if you experience a disaster is important. If anything should ever happen to your appliance, we'll ship you a new one preloaded with all of your existing data. It is as simple as removing the old unit and plugging in the new one. All of your data will be ready and waiting. There is nothing to configure, setup, change, or worry about.
Monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Your appliance is monitored day and night to make sure it is operating properly and without any problems. Temperature, utilization, and network traffic are some of the things we watch. If we see anything unusual we will notify you of the problem and even send a new appliance out to replace the old one if necessary.
